Tank garage in accordance with ATEX

More and more inflammable gasses are being used as a refrigerant for the cooling system of a fridge or air-conditioning unit. Our plants are designed for the degassing of these gasses. The gasses have to be collected in a tank or receptacle.

Dedicated Tank Garage
Experience show that the surroundings of the tank has to be qualified as a danger zone. For this reason we designed the tank-garage.  With this unit you have always a well guarded situation because of the sensor inside the garage. When there is a hazardous situation the gasses in the garage will automatically be transferred outside the building. And the tank will be closed. Also the degassing plant will be stopped automatically. No hazardous situation can occur. That means safety for your employees, yourself and your insurance.

Monitoring
The garage also has a weight-scale. With the help of this device there is a permanent control over the content of the tank. This makes, together with the overfill safety’s in the degassing machine, this plant the safest way of degassing a refrigerator or air-conditioning unit.
